At&t Wireless has announced their financial earnings for the 3rd quarter in 2008. The company, while plagued with problems stemming from the release of the Apple iPhone 3G, has still managed to move 2.4 Million units in the 3rd quarter. Around 960,000 units made it into the hands of At&t's approximately 2 Million new customers. This resulted in about 40% of their iPhone 3G sales going to new customers. At&t just slightly beat their year-ago numbers, with $3.8 Billionin 3Q profits on $31.3 Billion in Revenue. The companies ARPU came in around $58.99. At&t is also holding $9.3 Billion in cash assets.
