A new service on the Internet plans to make sure you can use your text and pictures messages admissible as evidence in the court of law. The process is simple to ensure your messages are admissible. Snap a picture or right a text message and send it to My Mobile Witness. My Mobile Witness will then time and date stamp the message, then store it in their digital vault. Under court order My Mobile Witness will release the messages to law enforcement. Once messages have been sent, they may not be accessed by anyone without a court order, including you. Messages may not be edited once they are sent.
