U.S. Cellular Wants Loyal Customers

As part of an on-going project to increase customer relations, US Cellular has launched a new customer loyalty program. Customers will earn points through out their stay with US Cellular. Part of the program will entitle customers that receive electronic billing, and automatic payment a 5% discount off their bill. Customers will be may be eligible for upgrade after only 10 or 11 months. Some customers that upgrade will not be required to resign an agreement. Points can also be redeemed for deeper discounts on phones.
