Kyocera International will reorganize their business into two groups, Kyocera Wireless Corp. and Kyocera Sanyo Telecom. The reorganization is taking place to strengthen Kyocera's competitive position in the United States. This change is expected to be completed by March 31st, the end of Kyocera's fiscal year, and will result in a loss of more than 300 positions.
