At&t has decided to pack it in on the lawsuit against the recent ad campagn by Verizon. On Wednesday At&t officially dropped the lawsuit that was filed in federal court. At&t still asserts that the comercials have caused irreparable damage to the company. Evidently, just like with their network At&t will not finish what it started. It seems to be a pattern with At&t especially in light of their recent placement in the Consumer Reports Wireless Survey that released this month, where At&t replaced Sprint Nextel at the bottom of the bunch.
