T-Mobile will be offering a new version of their Even More Plus prepaid plans. The new plans called T-Mobile Complete will be offered initially with the availability of 4 phones. The features will remain the same as the Even more plus, but the first month will be free of charge. Startup costs start at around $60. The phones will be sold in a kit, and will be available via Walmart and BestBuy.
