Verizon Wireless has announced a new customer-centric addition to their website. The Smart Phone Resource Center has step by step tutorials for many comon tasks for each of the smart devices. You can compare features, and navigate the devices quickly and easily. There are 16 current model smart devices in the Resource center, and the support area contains 30 past and present smart devices that either have been or are currently being offered by Verizon Wireless. Verizon's intention with this release is to make smart devices easy to use for everyone.

The community area of the mini-site will also allow customers to post reviews, and interact with others through online discussions.
