Verizon Wireless was recently sued by Klausner Technologies for violation of a patent that they hold on the visual voice mail system recently adopted by the wireless giant. Verizon and Klausner have signed a license agreement to end the lawsuit and allow Verizon use of this technology. Other defendants in similar infringement cases with Klausner Technologies are expected to follow suit. Some of these companies have already begun the negotiation process.
