The HTC Touch Diamond looks to be making its way to Alltel very soon. Fully branded boxes and kits are making their way to the Internet even though Alltel has not officially made any announcements. We do not yet know if Alltel has made any modifications to this phone yet, but from pictures we do know that it will have a 3.2 MP camera.
We do know that specs for the Sprint branded version of the phone, and I don't expect the specs to be too far off the mark.
Sprints Version has: EVDO Rev A. Support, Wifi, 3.2 MP Camera, A-GPS, Bluetooth, TouchFlo Interface, Windows Mobile 6.1, 4 GB of internal storage, and topped off by an accelerometer.
