Verizon has announced two new handsets to release this month. The Motorola Rapture (VU30) and the VU204. Both models will be available for purcahse, in store and on the web, October 14th.
The Rapture is a clamshell style phone. This V CAST enabled phone sports a touch sensitive strip on the external display for quick access to music, and the 2.0 MP camera. Bluetooth stereo or 2.5mm headset jack can be used to listen to audio from the 8GB MicroSD card slop. The phone also supports services such as VZ Navigator, as well as other LBS services. The phone will be available for $129.99 after $50 Mail in Rebate and a two year service agreement.
The Moto VU204 is an entry level handset with VGA camera. The phone does however, support Bluetooth, and VZ Navigator. This inexpensive beauty will sell for $29.99 after a $50 Mail in Rebate and a two year service agreement.
