The G1's first upgrade is expected to be released today. The update will fix a software bug to allow Amazon files available to listen to. Customers have been having trouble with some files showing up as corrupt when downloaded via the device. The update will be performed over the air. Newer versions of the G1 (purchased after pre-order) already come with the updated software build RC28. This build is unaffected.
