T-Mobile, presumably fueled by public outrage, has decided to lift the soft data cap they placed on their 3G data services this week. The launch of the new T-Mobile G1 would certainly not bode well with only 1G of data available from a full HTML capable device. Most customers would have this used between one quarter and half way through the month.
T-Mobile is still reserving the right to speed throttle customers that are hogging bandwidth. The new terms are still under review.
