T-Mobile Germany file suit to get an iPhone application banned. The application named Sipgate would allow iPhone users to make VOIP calls from any Wifi enabled hotspot. T-Mobile sites users as having to "jailbreak" their phones to use the application as the cause. Jailbreaking the iPhone is against T-Mobile terms of service, putting their mobile subscribers in breach of contract. T-Mobile is still unable to advertise unlimited internet until they launch a VOIP service of their own.
