July is national cell phone courtesy month. Your profesionalism should not stop the minute you pick up your phone. In fact, just the oposite. Todays people have forgotten how far common courtesy will go while you are on the phone. The people around you apreciate, and respect your thoughtfulness. When possible take you cell phone calls outside. Outside or inside, you normal inside talking voice is sufficient to relay required information!
