The mysterious device seen from Motorola in recent month is rumored the be called the Flip Out.  (kind of a fitting name don't you think?) Itallian site HDblog.it claims to have run into a spec sheet placing the device as:

2.8″ display, 3.1 megapixel camera, GPS, 512MB ROM / 256MB RAM, 700MHz processor, and Android 2.1 covered in MOTOBLUR.


The device is expected to release in June in a variety of colors.
