Motorola Inc will require Aura purchasing customers to sign a contract that forbids then from allowing the phone to be resold. The Aura's expensive price tag of $2,000 will also come along with a unique ID. Should you decide to break the contract, Motorola would be able to easily track the ID number to the original purchaser.
