Myspace has released an official version of their mobile application for Google's Android software platform. T-Mobile customers that already have the G1 have access to the application already, however, the application does not officially release until 10/22/08. The same day the G1 is supposed to be available in the retail stores. The new Myspace application gives the ability to instantly upload photos. Shazam an application that allows for quick identification of songs by analyzing a snippet of the song integrates with the new Myspace application to allow users to quickly navigate to the bands Myspace page.
