Canada: Bell and Telus to Bring LTE Onboard

Both Bell and Telus will be making a network transition to LTE. While they wait for LTE equipment to become available, Both Canadian companies will roll out an HSPA network. Currently they operate on CDMA digital networks, and have no plans of ditching the networks. Nokia Simens Networks and Huaiwei will be brought on board for their equipment. They expect to have their HSPA/LTE network fully operational by 2010. This LTE build out will allow both Bell and Telus to leverage their existing roaming agreements in the 4G arena.
