T-Mobile announced a new service called family allowance. This service will allow parents to set limits of services to be used, as well as to what extent. When the offending service reaches its limit, the service will shut off, and stop working. This can be controlled on a line by line basis, and is done from the T-Mobile website. The charge will be $2 per month, and is expected to be available in August. Parents will receive notification once limits have been reached.
