MetroPCS will be the first carrier in the US to display the new Samsung model number SCH-r540. This phone is dubbed "Messager", for its sleek horizontal slide design with a full QWERTY keyboard. This phone is akin to the likes of the LG Rumor for Sprint, or Scoop for Alltel. The feature list includes: 1.3mp Camera, SMS, MMS, Email, IM messaging, Bluetooth, Speakerphone, advanced voice recognition, and MP3 player with up to 2GB expandable memory with the external Micro SD card slot.
