Aircell Gets Delta Airlines Connected

Delta Airlines will partner with Aircell to provide in-flight WIFI to the passengers on their flights. Flights under 3 hours will cost $10 while anything longer will be $13. Aircell will impliment in stages by type of aircraft. Delta expects their entire fleet to be internet active by 2009. Suddenly with the availability of VOIP phone calls over WIFI, the HANG UP act that is currently trying not go through congress. The HANG UP act would make it illegal to have a phone conversation of any kind while in flight. The act however, does not effect internet, text messaging, or email at all.
