FCC under fire

Posted by Kallan Dahn Friday, July 18, 2008

The FCC has recently received a handful of complaints from Motorola, at&t, and t-mobile. The companies all voiced their opinions of disapproval for the AWS-3 wireless auction winner having to erect a free mobile broadband service. The specific complaints of the companies was not released, but t-mobile earlier this week petitioned to ask for more testing to make sure the "white space" was not going to interfere with existing infrastructure.
