Klausner Technologies has finally found more companies to sue over their visual voicemail patent. Motorola and RIM have already licenced visual voicemail from Klausner after the last round of lawsuits. Klausner is alledging that RIM and Motorola failed to license the Motorola CLIQ, and the Blackberry 9700 Bold(RIM). There was no indication as to damages being specified or not. We will have to wait and see how this one settles out.

Klausner Technologies has filed lawsuit against Verizon Wireless. Judah Klausner the inventor of the technology claims that Verizon's Visual Voice mail service violates his patent. Klausner is also suing LG for the Voyagers for the same violation. Klausner has had recent patent infringement "success". Klausner Technologies settled with At&t, Apple, and Ebay for undisclosed amounts in June.
