Sprint and IPCS are at it again. You may remember IPCS from the Sprint Nextel Merger debocle. IPCS is again claiming that a deal involving Sprint is going to violate their non-compete clause. Sprint and Clearwire are currently working together to build a nation wide WiMax network as a joint venture. Sprint has also filed a suit of their own against IPCS in Deleware.

SK Telecom is looking at making a minor investment in Sprint and possibly working out shared services that can benefit both companies. SK Telecom jas made it clear if there is an investment it will not be for the aquisition of Sprint.
Qualituy One Wireless will distribute huawei's line up of handsets through is current sales network, indirect agents, and mobile operators. Alltel currently carries huawei's EVDO USB broadband card. MetroPCS currently offers their wireless handsets.
No contract cell phone company MetroPCS has set up shot in Philedelphia. The company will sell its services from primarily authorized agents. This will be the companies first entrance to the Northeast. MetroPCS expects to create over 800 jobs by the end of the year.
